The Philadelphia Office of the U.S. Naval Supply Systems Command Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk Contracting Department plans to renew a contract for broadband network hardware and software maintenance provided by Oceus Networks. This maintenance supports the hardware and software used by The Joint Staff, Deputy Director Joint Environment, located in Suffolk, Virginia, as part of the Joint Training Enterprise Network. Because the services are uniquely tied to Oceus Networks’ products, the procurement is being conducted as a sole source acquisition under federal regulations, with only Oceus Networks and its authorized resellers eligible to submit quotations. The contract will be awarded as a firm-fixed-price purchase order under NAICS code 811213 and Product Service Code D320. Quotations must be submitted by authorized resellers registered in the government’s System for Award Management and should be priced by months or quarters of service, invoiced after delivery. The solicitation will be issued electronically at www.fbo.gov, with the exact closing date for submissions to be specified at that time. The point of contact for this contract is William A. Woodring, Contract Negotiator.
