Solicitation number 12441926Q0033 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for Oconaluftee Job Corps CCC - Dining Hall Walk-in Freezer Replacement

The Government is planning a pre-proposal conference (site visit), during which potential offerors may obtain a better understanding of the work required.
Offerors are encouraged to submit all questions in writing at least two (2) days prior to the
conference. Questions will be considered at any time prior to or during the conference; however,
offerors will be asked to confirm verbal questions in writing.
In order to facilitate conference preparations, contractors must RSVP with the number of
attendees no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the site visit. RSVPs must be sent to Rebecca
Ensley at Rebecca.Ensley@usda.gov or (828) 497-8037, and CC Nicholas Zane at
nicholas.zane@usda.gov.

Offerors are cautioned that, notwithstanding any remarks or clarifications given at the conference, all terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged unless they are changed by amendment to the solicitation.
