Presolicitation Notice: Synopsis for Commercial Construction Services
(Prepared in accordance with RFO Subpart 5.1 and RFO Subpart 12.1)
This presolicitation notice is prepared in accordance with the requirements outlined in RFO 5.101, supplemented with additional information provided in this notice. This announcement serves as the public presolicitation notice for this acquisition. A formal written solicitation will not be posted to the System for Award Management (SAM.gov); instead, the Government will solicit quotations directly from suppliers.

IAW RFO 12.201-1(c)(2) - Simplified Procedures Method

(4) Description of Services and Award Procedures [RFO 5.101(c)(4)(i) & (ii)]
The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Kansas City District has a requirement for a construction contract for the FY26 Bledsoe Ferry Rehabilitation Project at the Harry S Truman Lake Project in Warsaw, MO.
