ODVA HVAC Replacement for the Lebanon Veterans Home in Lebanon Oregon

The Oregon Department of Veterans' Affairs is soliciting bids for the replacement of the HVAC and Variable Refrigerant Valve systems at the Lebanon Veterans Home in Lebanon, Oregon. This project, estimated between 6.5 million and 7.1 million dollars and funded by state and federal grants, requires the contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and permits necessary for demolition, construction, and improvements across mechanical, electrical, and plumbing disciplines. The work must be performed by a firm licensed in Oregon for at least five years and must adhere to the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and OSHA safety standards. The contract will be awarded to the responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsive lump sum or unit price bid.
