The period of performance is 45 calendar days from Notice to Proceed. All deliverables, including detailed submittals and documentation, must be approved prior to final acceptance and payment, which will be processed electronically via the Invoice Processing Platform and paid by electronic funds transfer. Quotes are due by August 7, 2026, at 5:00 PM MT, and must be submitted to Stephanie.Begay3@ihs.gov. Site visits are encouraged and must be completed by July 27, 2026. A one-year warranty on all labor and materials is required beginning at the date of government acceptance.
