Carefusion Solutions LLC is the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) and the sole source provider for the required services. The services are directly related to the support of Carefusuion/BD Pyxis automated dispensing system and software support, which is developed and owned by Carefusion Solutions LLC, and for which the company retains exclusive proprietary rights.
