The contract will cover maintenance, software updates, system repairs, technical assistance, and compliance with healthcare data protection standards, ensuring uninterrupted functionality of a critical pharmacy automation infrastructure essential to medication accountability and clinical workflow. The base period of performance is scheduled from August 1, 2026, through July 31, 2027, with four one-year option periods that could extend the contract through July 31, 2031. The acquisition is classified under NAICS code 532490 for other commercial and industrial machinery and equipment rental and leasing, with a PSC code of W065 for lease or rental of medical equipment. The estimated total contract value is $224,256, based on the prior contract’s funding, though updated pricing details for the new period are not specified.
