These spaces must be flexible and accessible, accommodating ICE staff at approved coworking facilities in various cities, coordinated through an approved vendor and ICE point of contact. Key services to be provided include desks or private offices, Wi-Fi access, and printing capabilities within set monthly limits for each site. The contract is designed to ensure that ICE personnel have the necessary infrastructure for productive work environments across a widespread footprint, with final locations to be detailed in the Request for Quotation. Coordination and oversight will involve designated ICE representatives, with communication channels established for contract administration and support.
