Bidders are asked to provide a proposal to the enclosed Request for Proposal (RFP) and following instructions as described in section 4. The price of the bid will be evaluated in Canadian dollars, applicable taxes are extra. Canadian customs duties are included. A bid must comply with the requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive. The responsive bid with the lowest evaluated price will be recommended for award of contract. Proposal may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
