This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) RFO part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
Solicitation number FA470426Q7006 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for FY26 Office Trailers. This solicitation number shall be referenced on any written quote provided under this RFQ.
This acquisition is a 100% set-aside for Certified HUBZone Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 531120 - Lessors of Nonresidential Buildings (except Mini warehouses) with a size standard of $34.0M and W023 - Lease or Rental of Equipment—Ground Effect Vehicles, Motor Vehicles, Trailers, and Cycles will be utilized.
This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference. The full text of provisions and clauses may be accessed electronically at www.acquisition.gov. This document incorporated provisions, and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2026-01 Effective 13 March 2026 and the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) as applicable.

(i) This is a contract opportunity for a rental contract to provide six (6) 12'x36' office trailer spaces, six (6) generators with a minimum of 200kW and six (6) stairs at Roosevelt Route. Must be configured for towing, on wheels, with either pintle hook or ball & hitch attachment and capable to fuel by gasoline, JP-8, or ASTM D975 No-2 diesel fuel.
(ii) The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and nonpersonal services necessary to supply power using the generators, utilize office trailer spaces and applicable
maintenance as defined in this Performance Work Statement. The contractor shall meet the standards set forth in this contract.

Instructions to Offerors
(1) The Offeror shall complete the Vendor Information and Pricing section in the ECLIN Quote Structure (Attachment 4) of this solicitation.
(2) The Offeror shall complete and submit the Contractor Responsibility Verification form (Attachment 3), along with supporting documentations required by the form.
(3) The Offeror shall submit a Technical Capability Statement that strongly supports the contractor’s ability to satisfy the contract requirements IAW the attached PWS (Attachment 1). The information submitted must be sufficient for the Government to assess if your capability will successfully satisfy the requirements of the attached PWS (Attachment 1).
• The Offeror shall provide detailed narratives demonstrating its approach to each PWS section. The detailed narratives shall include mobilization timeline and execution plans. The detailed narratives can include photographs and production specifications. The Offeror shall provide Subcontractor plans as applicable.
(4) The Offeror shall submit the Past Performance List of References (Attachment 2), for contracts that you consider relevant in demonstrating your ability to fulfill the requirement of the attached PWS (Attachment 1).
(5) The contractor’s offer must meet the minimum requirements of the solicitation. Unless requested from the Contracting Officer, quote revisions received after the solicitation close date/time will not be accepted. Responses should contain your best terms and conditions. The government reserves the right to evaluate the quotes and award without interchanges.
(6) The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its offer firm for 60 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of offers, unless another time period is specified in an addendum to the solicitation.
