Task Order to perform the following critical activities to establish comprehensive acquisition (ACQ) business standards that are fully integrated with the Federal Integrated Business Framework (FIBF): 1. Define a robust development strategy for the creation and implementation of FIBF Business Standards. 2. Refine the end-to-end ACQ Functions-Activities List to ensure technical fidelity and operational accuracy. 3. Prioritize the systematic development of standards and concepts categorized by specific ACQ functional areas. 4. Develop outcome-based ACQ Business Capabilities to facilitate interoperable solutions across mission-support areas. 5. Document essential operational processes through the formalization of ACQ Business Use Cases. 6. Establish authoritative ACQ Business Data Elements (BDE) and associated metadata to drive process harmonization. 7. Define ACQ Business Information Exchange (BIE) rules to ensure seamless cross-functional integration. 8. Design high-fidelity Business Reports tailored for the execution of core acquisition processes. Establish rigorous Service Measures to provide a metrics-based delivery assessment.
