OKARNG Flight Line & Vehicular Fire Extinguisher Inspection/Repair

The Oklahoma Army National Guard is soliciting services for the inspection, maintenance, and repair of 125-pound cart-type flight line fire extinguishers and various handheld, vehicle-mounted fire extinguishers across four locations in Oklahoma: Muldrow Army Heliport, AASF#2, Joint Force HQ, and Camp Gruber Training Site. This is a total small business set-aside under FAR 19.5, and all offerors must self-certify as small businesses. The contract includes a one-year base period followed by four optional one-year extensions, with performance required Tuesday through Thursday from 0800 to 1600, excluding U.S. federal holidays and facility closures. All work must be performed on-site, and telework is prohibited. Contractors must comply with NFPA 10 standards and manufacturer specifications, ensuring all extinguishers are fully functional and serviceable after service.
