Emergency repair of the District's existing 635,000-gallon welded steel potable water storage tank (built 1967; 52 ft. diameter x 40 ft. high) at its existing tank site: interior recoating per AWWA D102, exterior roof coating, welded OSHA and structural upgrades, an added snow-load ventilation point, and removal of the depleted cathodic protection system. Lead-containing exterior sidewall coating remains encapsulated and undisturbed. No added storage capacity, no new service connections, and no new ground disturbance. Beneficiaries: the District's approximately 2,100 residents and water customers.
