Scope: The City of Newport Beach (“City”) is seeking proposals from qualified proposers interested in providing on-call communications, creative, marketing, public relations and multimedia services. The objective of this Request for Qualifications (“RFQ”) solicitation is to identify the highest-qualified proposer to provide these services over the course of a proposed one (1) year contract term with an option to extend for two (2) additional one (1) year renewals. The City reserves the right to make multiple awards if doing so serves in the best interest of the City. Final contract terms, including compensation and length of the agreement are subject to final City and/or City Council approval, depending on department needs.
