The City of Cottonwood is seeking to retain approximately three (3) to five (5) qualified consultants to provide On-Call Engineering services on an as-needed basis for miscellaneous projects. The scope of work to include, but not limited to, design, specifications, review and other miscellaneous services for on-call projects.The City anticipates awarding on-call contracts to multiple firms but has the discretion to make a single award to one Contractor. Whether or not it actually enters into any contracts, how many contracts it enters into, and how work is awarded between those contracts are all at the City's discretion. Further, the City will use any awarded contracts on an as-needed basis; it makes no guarantee as to its actual spending under them. The City reserves the right to add additional contractors, at the City's sole discretion, in cases where the currently listed contractors are of an insufficient number or skill-set to satisfy the City's needs or to ensure adequate competition on any project or task order work.Solicitation documents are available to download upon registering as a vendor and following the project via the City's eProcurement Portal.
