The City anticipates designing and constructing various Capital Improvement Program projects over the next several years. The City intends to establish an On-Call Geotechnical Engineering List consisting of consultants possessing established experience in geotechnical engineering. In addition, as noted in Section 1, this RFQ process will select up to three (3) firms that will be placed on an on-call list to provide geotechnical engineering services. The City may hire a geotechnical engineering firm on an as-needed basis.
