Scope: The City of Santa Ana (City) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms and organizations (Proposers) to provide water well casing, pump and motor rehabilitation, repair, and replacement related services at various locations within the City on an as-needed basis. See EXHIBIT 1 for complete Scope of Services.
Notes: All required sections and forms must be completed and submitted via PlanetBids in order for the bid / proposal to be considered responsive.
The City will only consider bids / proposals that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid / proposal was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids / proposals by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder / Proposer shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service.
