OASIS+ is a governmentwide multiple award indefinite delivery indefinite quantity contract for federal agencies to purchase non-IT services. The OASIS+ scope is organized by domains which are groups of related services that include multiple industry codes (NAICS codes). Domains currently include Management & Advisory Technical & Engineering Research & Development Intelligence Services Environmental Facilities and Logistics. An eighth domain Enterprise Solutions is for the Unrestricted solicitation only. The Phase II reopening of the the solicitation adds new domains including Business Administration Financial Services Human Capital Marketing and Public Relations and Social Services.
