Onsite Maintenance of Xerox Copiers

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice . This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Description of item(s) to be acquired: The Operational Contracting Office (75CONS/PKA), Hill AFB Utah, intends to negotiate a contract for the onsite maintenance of 3 Xerox Copiers. The contractor shall be able to provide this service in accordance with the attached statement of work statement and equipment listing. This contract will have a period of performance form 1 Dec 2008- 30 Nov 2009; with 4 option years to follow. 0001-Onsite maintenance of 3 Xerox Copiers, IAW attached statement of work and equipment list.------1 Year 0101-Onsite maintenance of 3 Xerox Copiers, IAW attached statement of work and equipment list.------1 Year 0201-Onsite maintenance of 3 Xerox Copiers, IAW attached statement of work and equipment list.------1 Year 0301-Onsite maintenance of 3 Xerox Copiers, IAW attached statement of work and equipment list.------1 Year 0401-Onsite maintenance of 3 Xerox Copiers, IAW attached statement of work and equipment list.------1 Year Evaluation of Proposals: Award will be conducted under the provisions of FAR Part 12, Commercial Items, and FAR 13.5, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The responsible offerors must be registered in the Certifications and Representations database (available at: http://orca.bpn.gov/) system per FAR 52.212-3. Offerors must also be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database (available at: www.ccr.gov) per FAR. Lack of registration in CCR will qualify contractor as ineligible for award. All prospective offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of modifications (if any) or other information pertaining to this synopsis. All responsible sources may submit a request for information in response to this synopsis.
