A) OOD shall base the award on lowest cost. B) OOD will also base the award on the respondent that is responsive, responsible, and able to complete the work described in the summary. If not seeking a preference, Respondent does not need to return the attached form.Optional Site VisitThe square footage provided in Exhibit [A] is approximate and is offered for reference only. Contractors are strongly encouraged to verify site conditions independently. Contractors may only visit the Wooster office to assess the site on Thursday, July 30, 2026, between the hours of 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM ET. Contractors must not attempt to inquire or seek clarifications from Wooster office staff. For guidance on submitting Inquiries/Clarifications see Inquiries/Clarifications in Section I of the RFQ document. OOD shall not be responsible for any inaccuracies in the provided square footage.
