Operations and Sustainment Support for PSDS2 J&A Extension of Services

The Persistent Surveillance and Dissemination System of Systems (PSDS2) is a mission-critical capability providing Full Motion Video (FMV) for surveillance, analysis, and intelligence dissemination since 2005, operating under a sole-source contract awarded to Raytheon Company due to its proprietary nature and the absence of a viable Technical Data Package. This contract extension, issued under solicitation W56KGY25F0048 and governed by FAR 52.217-8, provides 118 days of continuous Operations and Sustainment support from May 30 to September 25, 2026, ensuring uninterrupted service across both CONUS and OCONUS locations. The scope encompasses full lifecycle maintenance of all hardware, software, and firmware components, with a mandatory requirement to maintain Secure Internet Protocol Router (SIPR) Authority to Operate and full compliance with the Risk Management Framework. Field Service Representatives are tasked with on-site deployment, installation, and repair, while specialized Imagery Analysts process and exploit FMV feeds to support situational awareness and force protection, forming an irreplaceable operational team.
