Optical Training for Incarcerated Workers assigned to the OPI Optical Shop-DRC260141-Ohio Penal Industries (OPI)

Ohio Penal Industries (OPI) is seeking bids to provide vocational optical training to incarcerated workers assigned to the OPI Optical Shop located at the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville, OH. If awarded, the contract will begin in Fiscal 2027, starting not before 07/01/2026.
Offerors must review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all required documentation via OhioBuys.
