Ohio Penal Industries (OPI) is seeking bids to provide vocational optical training to incarcerated workers assigned to the OPI Optical Shop located at the Ohio Reformatory for Women in Marysville, OH. If awarded, the contract will begin in Fiscal 2027, starting not before 07/01/2026.
Offerors must review the attached RFQ documents, follow the instructions provided in the document, and submit all required documentation via OhioBuys. All bids and inquiries must be submitted through OhioBuys. The solicitation adheres to the dates provided in OhioBuys, shall any changes in the dates be necessary, such information will be posted in OhioBuys as well. NOTE: Please review the questionnaire and attach requested documentation if possible.
