Optum ICD10 Files, HCPCS and Revenue Codes; Optum Encoder Pro; and Optum CPC-CPT Subscription Data Files

NYSIF is seeking to procure Optum ICD10 Files, HCPCS and Revenue Codes; Optum Encoder Pro; and Optum CPC-CPT Subscription Data Files for the term of 03/01/25-02/28/30 Optum360, LLC provides NYSIF nurses the ability to search ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS code sets and information from numerous cobranded coding and code reference publications and assist in the verification of ICD codes on claim records for claimants who are Medicare beneficiaries. These records must be reported quarterly to the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) per Federal statute. All deliverables resulting from this project are classified as Optum 360, LLCs intellectual property. Optum360, LLC. will have and retain all right, title and interest in and to any deliverables developed hereunder, including all trademark, copyright, patent, trade secret and other intellectual property rights related thereto (Deliverables).  There are no additional documents available at this time.
