The Bureau of the Public Debt plans to establish a firm fixed price one-year bridge Task Order with immixTechnology for Oracle hosting services, utilizing immixTechnology's updated GSA Contract GS-35F-0265X. This bridge contract is necessary because the existing Task Order, awarded under the earlier GSA Contract GS-35F-0330J and spanning from July 25, 2008, to July 24, 2018, faces a gap in funding coverage. Specifically, Option Year 3 for the time frame of July 25, 2011, to July 24, 2012, cannot be exercised under the previous contract terms. To avoid disruption of critical mission services and allow time for competition and award of a follow-on Task Order, the bridge contract will cover this interim period. The Task Order will be performed in Parkersburg, West Virginia, adhering to NAICS Code 518210. This action is not a solicitation for competitive proposals but a notification of intent to award to immixTechnology due to time-sensitive requirements. Interested parties or stakeholders may direct any responses to the Contracting Officer, T. Rosenlieb, via the provided email. This Contract ensures continuity of essential Oracle hosting support services within the government infrastructure during the transition between contract authorities.

Full Description

The Bureau of the Public Debt intends to negotiate a firm fixed price one year bridge Task Order with immixTechnology using their GSA Contract #GS-35F-0265X for Oracle hosting services. The current Task Order, TPD-ARC-08-K-00019, was awarded with a period of performance of 7/25/2008 - 7/24/2018 under immixTechnology's previous GSA Contract, GS-35F-0330J. However, GSA and immixTechnology negotiated a new contract, GS-35F-0265X, effective 3/3/2011. As such, Option Year 3 cannot be exercised for the period 7/25/2011 - 7/24/2012. Due to time constraints, a bridge Task Order for the period 7/25/2011 - 7/24/2012 will be awarded to immixTechnology. The proposed contract will bridge a gap between the end of the current Task Order, and the award of the follow-on task order to be competed and provide continuity of services for these mission critical requirements. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Responses to this request can be emailed to psb3@bpd.treas.gov - Attention: TRosenlieb-JC.
