GSA CONTRACT NUMBER: 4QBO57108013 THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION FOR A SET-ASIDE SMALL BUSINESS. This notice is to find sources in reference to the below: The General Services Administration (Region 4 Assisted Acquisition Services Division) contemplates issuing a solicitation for Organizational Support non-personal services for HQS AFRC Reserve Command, 155 Richard Ray Blvd, Robins AFB, GA 31098-1635. A Hybrid Contract is contemplated which will includes Firm Fixed hours, Labor Hours, and reimbursable costs such as training, travel and ODC's. The solicitation will be issued on or about 19 October 2009. The proposed contract will be for a basic contract period of one year with four option years. The scope of this contract is to obtain organizational support services which include: Telecommunications support; Plans, Programs, Projects, and Budget support services; Customer Familiarization and Training; Reporting services, and Communication Systems Maintenance; Operate Network Control Centers (NCCs) including Network Administration, Network Management, and Messaging Services. Provide IM Services including Mail services, Video Teleconference services, Information Assurance, Publications Management, Forms Management, web administration, multimedia, photography, and training services. The Contractor will provide services to maintain the designated site in an operational status by supporting all fielded command, control and network support systems. All interested parties are invited to submit an email of interest to Deborah.Merna at Deborah.Merna@gsa.gov prior to this request for interest (RFI) closing on 15 October 2009. All vendors who expressed an interest via the RFI process will need to be registered with GSA's IT-Solutions (ITSS) Web-based Order Processing System prior to solicitation being issued. PLEASE NOTE THAT IF YOU ARE REGISTERED IN ITSS WITH A SCHEDULE OR GWAC YOU WILL NEED TO REGISTER AS OPEN MARKET. FAILURE TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN VENDORS NOT RECEIVING THE SOLICITATION.
