P-25023 IFB for MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR OF ELEVATORS, ADA LIFTS: VERTICAL, PLATFORM, STAGE, LULA AND WHEELCHAIR LIFTS

The Chicago Park District is soliciting bids under solicitation P-25023 for the comprehensive maintenance and repair of 60 elevators and 22 ADA-compliant lifts, including vertical, platform, stage, LULA, and wheelchair lifts. This Depends Upon Requirements contract is for an initial term of two years with four optional one-year extensions. The scope of work is divided into Category A, which covers monthly preventive and corrective maintenance, and Category B, which covers on-demand service calls.
