The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center - Norfolk, Contracting Department, Philadelphia Office intends to acquire through full and open competition Stricken Aircraft Reclamation and Disposal (SARDIP) services to support the mission of the SARDIP program. This support shall consist of reclaiming parts, transport, and/or dispose of aircraft that are stricken on-site rather than at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group. The effort is to be performed under orders placed under an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity contract, consisting of a base year and four (4) one year options. This requirement is a follow-on effort to contract N00189-08-D-Z045. The solicitation will consider offerors' technical proposals to be more important than their cost/price proposals. The following labor categories are anticipated: Project Manager, Aircraft Mechanic I, Aircraft Worker, Aircraft Mechanic Helper, and Stock Clerk.
