PA-AEIF Summit Hotel accommodations and conference space

The U.S. Embassy Tunis is soliciting quotations for firm fixed-price hotel and conference services for a three-day forum scheduled for February 3 to February 5, 2027, in Tunis, Tunisia. The requirement includes lodging for 50 participants, consisting of 30 single-occupancy rooms for four nights and 20 single-occupancy rooms for three nights, all with full board. Additionally, the contractor must provide a main plenary room for 80 participants equipped with a stage, podium, audiovisual equipment, and high-speed Wi-Fi, along with two daily coffee breaks and a closing reception on February 5. Optional pricing for hybrid meeting capabilities and three to five breakout rooms is also requested. The contract will be awarded to the responsible company providing the lowest acceptable price.
