PACAF Wargaming Decision Support

This is a REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI) for market research purposes only, that will assist in determining appropriation, commerciality, sourcing, acquisition planning, etc. for the procurement of Wargaming Decision Support, at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam, Hawaii. Description of Work Reference attached Work Statement, Section 1.3: The work under this task is limited to a Proof of Concept (PoC) that will focus on creating initial analytics and optimization models and a user interface to run scenarios. This PoC, also referred to as a prototype throughout this document, will run scenarios for a single weapon system and single squadron. Scenario planning will be based off of pre-existing PACAF capabilities and Use Cases defined in Section 6. Do you have experience and/or capability in working across the PACAF Area of Responsibility (AOR)? If so, what specific locations? 6. Do you have any additional resources or information relevant to Programming, Budgeting, Sourcing, Commerciality Determinations, or Best-In-Class contract vehicle recommendations that were not discussed anywhere in this RFI?
