Pacific Place Project

The Pacific Place Project, approved by the City of Long Beach on August 12, 2025, involves the development of a four-story, 206,756-square-foot self-storage facility located at 3701 Pacific Place in Los Angeles County, California. The facility will feature approximately 1,681 self-storage units across four levels, along with 551 rentable recreational vehicle parking stalls, 27 standard automobile parking stalls, and 5 ADA-accessible parking spaces. Additionally, the project includes a 1,450-square-foot private car and RV wash for the exclusive use of the owner or tenants, comprehensive site landscaping, and off-site improvements along North Pacific Place Road. The development also requires the dedication of an easement for a future publicly accessible trail and trailhead. To facilitate this construction, the project necessitates a Conditional Use Permit, General Plan Amendment, Zone Change, Zoning Text Amendment, Site Plan Review, and a Lot Merger/Lot Line Adjustment.
