Princeton Plasma Physics Laboratory, “PPPL”, requires a comprehensive, high-availability hardware and software maintenance support contract. This Request for Proposal (RFP) seeks proposals from qualified, factory-certified security systems integrators. The selected service provider will ensure continuous operational readiness, regulatory compliance, and rapid emergency troubleshooting for PPPL’s integrated electronic physical security platforms.
Mandatory Compliance: All operations, installations, testing, and maintenance activities must be performed in strict accordance with the attached Statement of Work (SOW) for PACS and VASS, Rev 0, issued February 2026, Attachment #16.1
