Notice to Bidder Invitation to Bid (B) Construction Lee County, Florida, is requesting bids from qualified individuals/firms for the attached solicitation. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK SUMMARY The Lee County Board of County Commissioners seeks a qualified contractor to construct the Palm Creek Lower Filter Marsh project, which involves developing a cellular pond and wetland network on approximately 8.52 acres within a 33.25-acre portion of an 80.94-acre Lee County parcel located south of Bayshore Road and southwest of the Palm Creek Drive intersection in Lee County, Florida; work includes clearing and grubbing, excavating about 46,100 cubic yards of material with offsite transport of excess spoils (including leveling at a recipient site), installing a gravel access road, stabilized maintenance surface, aggregate pathway, filter marsh plantings, and weir, diversion, and outfall control structures.
