Addition to Existing Water Pollution Control Plan

The City of Hephzibah, Georgia, has issued a solicitation for the construction of additions to its existing Water Pollution Control Plant. The comprehensive scope of work involves furnishing all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to construct a Bar Screen and structure, a Wastewater Treatment System featuring an electrical room and blowers, and a Chlorine Contact Chamber. To be eligible, contractors must possess a State of Georgia Utility Contractor License and employ a state-certified Utility Manager to oversee the work. Proposals must be submitted using the provided form, including prices in both words and figures, and must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in favor of the City of Hephzibah for at least 5% of the lump sum bid.
