The Department of Veterans Affair, VISN 7, Network Contracting Activity, intends to negotiate sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, with Wellness Technologies, Inc. for a Parks 2100SX Flo-Lab Machine with sonova software for the VA Medical Center, Birmingham, The NACIS code is 333319 size standard 500 employees. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature and documentation, detailing their experience in providing these products, to the Contracting Officer via email or fax at +1 (555) 000-0000. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
