This alternate scope is optional and may be accepted or rejected independently of the main contract, with no guarantee of its award or implementation. Proposers are required to provide detailed cost breakdowns for both the base services and the optional PARCS scope, including upfront and annual costs, to assist the City in evaluating budget alignment and operational fit. The contract value is estimated to range between five and fifteen million dollars. Interested parties can contact Kellee Mac Donald via email or phone for further details and are encouraged to review the project information through the provided online portal.
