This Request for Supplier Qualifications (“RFSQ”) is an invitation by Parkland County (the “County”) to prospective respondents to qualify for eligibility to provide support for land-based acquisitions, valuations, agreements, negotiations, consultations, management (Alberta Energy Regulator (AER) Regulated Surface Rights), and other related activities, as further described in Section A of the RFSQ Particulars (Appendix A) (the “Deliverables”). Parkland County is a rural municipality located immediately west of Edmonton. Covering an area of 256,802 hectares (634,571 acres), it is one of the largest in size and one of the highest populated of all rural municipalities in Alberta. Parkland County has grown to a community of over 30,000 people and has seen generations of families continue to enjoy country living. The County intends to pre-qualify Consultants to be included on a Master Roster List for a period of three years with no options to extend. Parkland County will select up to 5 respondents to be included on the pre-qualified list. Respondents shall note that the County does not intend to re-issue an RFSQ for the services listed in this document for a three-year period.
