Quantities listed are estimates only and are listed for bid comparisons. Actual quantities will vary depending on work program and scheduled activities. All freight is to be prepaid (Washington County will not pay freight). FOB will be destination, 1400 S.W. Walnut St. Hillsboro, OR. Materials must be received no later than 14 days after order is placed. Washington County reserves the right to cancel an order if the order is not on site after 14 days. If a Supplier is local to the Washington County area, Will Call pickup is acceptable for orders under $500.
