The State of Wisconsin, Department of Workforce Development (DWD), on behalf of DVR, requests bids for Payroll and Employer of Record Services and intends to use the results of this process to award a Contract to provide statewide Payroll and Employer of Record Services for DVR Consumers. DWD does not guarantee it shall purchase any specific quantity or dollar amount. Bids that require a minimum quantity or dollar amount be ordered will be rejected. There shall be no guarantee to purchase any specific quantity or pay any minimum Contract price during the term of the Contract.
