Appian product licenses and maintenance support are being acquired to support the GSA’s mission critical applications (EASi and G-REX). Since the product purchase is one time with options to execute on option years the Government’s tracking of performance on this contract relates to the expedient delivery of the product itself for the Government’s use. Appian platform is the foundation piece of the mission critical applications and potential modernization of end of life applications in the PBS portfolio and as a result the software and licenses are needed in order to make the development tasks successful. The performance and capability conditions define the specific requirements to be fulfilled within the overarching need for the Appian product and the licenses.
