AM_1522 - Learning platform solution and supporting services, Colombia

The British Council is seeking a single provider to deliver a digital platform containing English language learning materials to support teacher-led training programs in Colombia. This platform is intended to serve as a complementary resource for the teaching and learning process rather than a standalone self-study or user-managed course. The scope of work includes the provision of the online platform, technical support during the implementation phase, and ongoing help desk services throughout the duration of the contract. The framework contract is estimated to run from February 1, 2027, to January 31, 2030, with a total estimated value of 1,000,000 GBP excluding VAT. The initial three-year term includes the possibility of a one-year extension through January 31, 2031. Award decisions will be based on a weighted evaluation consisting of 60% quality, with 20% specifically allocated to methodology, and 40% based on commercial cost. Tenders must be submitted in English via the British Council MyProcurement portal by the deadline of December 2, 2026.
