Founded in 1993, South Texas College is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) and offers more than 130 degree and certificate options, including associate degrees in various art, science, technology, and health science professions. Additionally, South Texas College is the only community college in the State of Texas to offer five baccalaureate degrees.
