Natural Resources Canada has a requirement for the provision of professional services for a study for 14 weeks, The objective of this contract is to design, monitor and commission an in-situ experiment design to monitor the moisture in a masonry veneer overclad with a panelized retrofit, like the Ottawa Community Housing (OCH)-PEER demonstration project. NRCan has identified that Carleton University has existing infrastructure to execute the NRCan’s research objectives. The purpose of this Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is to signal the government’s intention to award a contract for these services.
