UNICOR intends to enter into a one base year with 4 option year firm fixed price Indefinate Quantity Indefinate Delivery type contract for Pencil Drawers for UNICOR Ashland KY and Forrest City AR. Solicitation number is FN1325-11 and this solicitation is issued as a Request For Proposal. The minimum delivery order quantity is 50 ea each delivery order and the maximum delivery order quantity is 500 ea. Delivery date requested is 21 days ARO for initial delivery order and 14 days ARO for each delivery order placed thereafter. Variation in quantity +/- 10 %. This procurement is a 100% small business set aside requirement. Therefore, only offers from small businesses will be considered for award. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS Code 339999 is 500 employees. Offerors are advised that the Government intends to evaluate offers on a single award basis. Offerors shall submit signed and dated offers to UNICOR, Federal Correctional Complex, Route 15, 2 Miles N. of Allenwood, Allenwood PA 17810 ATTN: Tiffani Balestrini if sending via Fedex or UPS. Samples will be required of all items on the solicitation. If you have a representative/manufacturer send samples on your behalf, make sure samples are marked with your company's name and all other requested information. The Government intends to award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror or offeror's whose offer represents the best value to the government. The following factors shall be used to evaluate proposals: List in order of importance: Adherence to specification (ability to meet specifications, quality of samples, compatibility of product in current manufacturing process) Past Performance, and price. A written notice of award or acceptance of an offer will be mailed or otherwise furnished to the successful offeror within the time for acceptance specified in the offer, shall result in a binding contract without further action by either party.
