This description of commodities or contractual services intended for purchase from a single source is posted in accordance with sections 120.57(3) and 287.057(3), Florida Statutes (F.S.), and will remain posted for a period of at least 15 business days. The Department of Management Services intends to enter into a single source contract with CEM Benchmarking, Inc for Pension Administration Benchmarking Services. See the attached PUR7776 document for the description of the intended single source.Prospective vendors who believe they can provide this service shall provide relevant information no later than 1:00 PM (ET, local Tallahassee time) on 10/05/2026.If it is determined in writing by the Department, after reviewing any information from prospective vendors, that the services are available only from a single source, the Department will post on the Vendor Information Portal notice of its intended decision to enter into an agreement with said vendor pursuant to Section 120.57(3), Florida Statutes.
