The contract involves the renewal of a Federal Business Opportunities Notice related to the release of Army Technical Data Packages (TDPs) by PEO Ammunition at Picatinny Arsenal, NJ. The process is established to increase competition and improve ammunition quality by allowing contractors to better prepare for future solicitations. In addition, foreign entities requesting TDPs with export controls must have valid licenses or agreements in place. Classified TDPs are excluded from this policy. Contractors must sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement before receiving any data, and any use of the information provided is at the requestor's own risk. The process for obtaining TDPs takes at least sixty working days.
