Peoplesoft AWS Managed Services Provider

City Colleges of Chicago is seeking a qualified Managed Services Provider (MSP) under solicitation NG2610 to provide secure and cost-effective managed services for its PeopleSoft enterprise applications hosted on Amazon Web Services (AWS). The selected provider will utilize a DevSecOps service delivery model to manage AWS infrastructure, including Direct Connect and VPN support, as well as provide full Oracle Database administration and application support for HCM, FSCM, Campus Solutions, and Interaction Hub. Key operational requirements include managing Entra ID, SSO, and MFA, and utilizing ServiceNow for incident and change management. The contract mandates a minimum system availability of 99.99% for all production environments and strict compliance with FERPA and GLBA regulations. The intended award is for a thirty-six month contract with two optional one-year renewals. Proposals are due by November 2, 2026, and will be evaluated based on technical capabilities, team structure, proposer qualifications, price reasonableness, and MBE/WBE compliance. Eligible bidders must have been in business for at least two full calendar years and maintain good standing with the Illinois Secretary of State. Pricing must be fully loaded and include a monthly base fee, hourly rates for enhancement and project services, and optional supplemental services.
