Peralta Hills Sanitary Sewer Improvement

The City of Anaheim is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants for the Peralta Hills Sanitary Sewer Improvement Project. The primary objective of this project is to upgrade the existing sanitary sewer infrastructure by up-sizing 6-inch pipes to 8-inch pipes within the Peralta Hills neighborhood, specifically along Peralta Hills Drive, Cerro Vista Drive, Peralta Way, and Cerro Vista Way. The selected consultant will be responsible for delivering a comprehensive plans, specifications, and estimates package, as well as providing recommendations for the most effective solutions that minimize the impact on the local neighborhood. All work must adhere to the City of Anaheim Survey Standards. Proposals are due by October 15, 2026, and must include a detailed fee proposal with hourly rates for all staff. Required submission documents include a noncollusion declaration, conflict of interest disclosure, insurance certifications, and a designation of sub-contractors. The successful contractor must comply with Equal Employment Opportunity and non-discrimination regulations, as well as certify that they are not currently debarred or suspended from federal or local government transactions. Once the professional services agreement is executed, the consultant will invoice the City monthly for actual services performed, with invoices itemized by staff, project work order, and hours spent per task.
