Roadway & Civil Design Services for Route 15 Widening - Montresor Rd to Lucketts Bypass, RFQ 714030

Loudoun County, Virginia, is seeking qualified consultants through RFQ 714030 to provide roadway and civil design services for the widening of Route 15 from Montresor Road to the Lucketts Bypass. The project aims to expand the roadway from two to four lanes using a design-bid-build methodology.
