Project will perform the following: 1].Replace 1-each 15.0-Ton Package A/C unit and 1-each 2.5 Ton split type A/C unit complete with spring vibration isolators and condensate drain lines, programmable thermostat, temperature sensors and all ship loose components, 2].Replace affected supply/return exterior ducting/cladding and flexible duct connector 3.] Remove and install 1-each VAV 4.] Remove and Install new Built-Up Roof system (BUR) including wood nailer, cant strips, insulation, plies, asphalt primer and smooth surface. Apply elastomeric coating to newly installed Built up Roofing. Also 1] Remove existing 500KW Generator including ATS, cables, hardwares and other accessories; 2] Cut / break / remove existing CMU wall for generator removal / installation access and re-construct after installation work completed; 3] Provide and install new 600KW diesel engine generator including ATS, cables, hardwares and other accessories; 4] Install 1-each new 350 gallons above ground diesel fuel storage tank, 1-each fuel pump (1-hp) complete with corrosion resistant pipings approximately 100-lf, support / brace, and hangers and; 5] Re-painting of restored CMU wall.
