Scope of work were based on ICAP inspection and Builder Generated Requirements deficiencies of the facility. Project will perform the following: 1] Replace vinyl floor tiles, door assemblies, ceiling tiles and grids, counter top, repair of exterior wall, install roof anchorages, roof repairs, and painting works, 2] Install new cross main and branch line piping's complete with fittings, pipe support/hanger, brackets and all required accessories, 3] Replace plumbing fixtures; 10-ea toilet wall mounted flush valve water closet, 20-ea lavatory, and 10-ea shower, kitchen stainless sink (1-ea) including 1,260-lf pipes/ fittings and all supported accessories, 4] Replace 1-ea backflow preventer 1-1/2" dia. Located exterior side of the building, 5] Replace 12-ea Centrifugal In-Line (Wall Mounted Exhaust Fan) including all supporting accessories located men/ women's head, 6] Replace 1-ea roof exhaust fan including accessories, 7] Install new fire alarm system, complete with control panel addressable, remote annunciators & local operating consoles, peripheral devices, conduits and wires.
