Pest Control Services

Flagler County is seeking qualified vendors to deliver comprehensive pest control services across its facilities through a competitive sealed bid process under solicitation number 26-ITB-020. The contractor must provide all labor, equipment, materials, tools, transportation, supervision, and incidentals required to perform both interior and exterior pest control in strict compliance with County standards. Services are to be conducted Monday through Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, excluding County-recognized holidays, with all personnel required to check in with the designated building supervisor at each facility prior to beginning work. Facilities must be serviced according to a prescribed schedule, and failure to service any location will result in a financial penalty equal to twice the monthly bid amount for that site. The contractor must demonstrate full compliance with Chapter 482 of the Florida Statutes by submitting the FDACS Commercial Pest Control Business License number, the name and certification number of the Certified Operator in Charge, and valid FDACS-issued technician identification cards for all individuals performing services.
